Here’s what you need to DJ on the road while you travel.
Music
A lot of my decisions revolve around music. One of my must-do’s while traveling is to take in as much of the local music as possible. In fact, several times I’ve changed my entire travel plans just to hear a band or go to a venue to hear a DJ play. I can hardly write this article without having music in the background. I’m obsessed.
A group of filmmakers started a journey traveling around the world recording video of music artists and putting it all into one song. The organization is creating peace, hope, unity, and inspiration around the world with the simply music.
I love attending music events in different parts of the world. Buenos Aires was no different for me and once I discovered La Bomba De Tiempo, I started to attend this event nearly every Monday. The tribal rhythm is an addictive sound that somehow controls you to move automatically. The conductor may even control you and tell you when to clap, jump, or sing. There’s nothing like it anywhere else and it takes place every Monday in the wonderful city of Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Music brings people together. It’s shaped history, created culture, and even defines the culture. What better way to immerse yourself in the culture then joining it’s music. Jamming away in the streets with other locals and having not a clue what their saying because they speak another language yet you can understand the language of the music so you just continue to jam with them.

40 years ago, Montreal was the city host of the famous ‘’in bed event’’ featuring John Lennon and Yoko Ono. The event was staged in Suite 1742 of the Queen Elizabeth Hotel from May 26 to June 2, 1969. 40 years later, The Montreal Museum of Fine Arts is embraced with ‘’IMAGINE’’.
The video speaks for itself
For our first song, I selected Jamiroquai – Corner Of The Earth. Filmed in Cape Town, South Africa.
The calming sounds and the enchanting lyrics of this song can remind you of your last perfect place. Perhaps you were sitting on the beaches of New Zealand looking into it’s magnificent waters. This song can defiantly touch many travelers alike feeling at ease with earth.
Every year it gets bigger and better. Dance the streets of New York City. Many dance cultures, music, and people from all over the world. People really get creative here with their style.
