I met Steve traveling in Malaysia. We ended up traveling together for about 2 weeks all over Malaysia. He was an English teacher in South Korea and would tell me stories of his experience. His excitement and stories led me to look further into teaching abroad and finally making the decision to do it in China.

A teacher and student collide before class, causing them to drop their morning fixes. Shot in Busan, South Korea as an English project for Writer/Director Steven Sirski’s Grade 6 advanced English class, the movie was a student project for all involved. The movie was co-written and directed by Murat Copcu, a Turkish PhD student to South Korea. This is Steven and Murat’s second short film together.
