Travel Wallet Review

on in Gear

I lose misplace everything. I can only fit so much in my pockets and every time I take one thing out, everything else comes out with it. I got into the the habit of just having Stephanie carry my airline and bus tickets and passport because we both know how ridiculous I am about losing things.

I’ve been carrying around a wallet that I bought in Argentina for the last few years and its held up pretty well but it’s small. Many currency’s overlap on the top and airline tickets definitely don’t fit and neither does my passport. I looking for a new wallet to travel with. Bellroy contacted me about sending me a wallet to try out and which was perfect timing.

I didn’t even know travel wallets existed. Such a clever idea though. I can fit all my important travel documents in one place. It’s bigger than what I’m use to carrying around but it’s still slim.

Travel Wallet

My one twenty dollar bill

Ever need to sign a customs form but you don’t have a pen so you need to ask around and wait for someone to finish their form? This travel wallet includes a pen IN the wallet. Problem solved.

My old wallet had a coin pocket inside the wallet which was super handy when carrying coins. Sometimes I ran into situations when I needed to look for change to pay for something but that required a task of showing off everything that was in my wallet which made me feel uncomfortable. I decided it was best not to include the coins in the wallet and have a coin pouch instead.

This is now my new every day wallet.
